Mon Ethos Pro Support, LLC (MEPSVI), asserts its position as the rightful trademark holder of the 'Boston Pro' name, with official registration confirmed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under Reg. No. 6,337,065. The company, owned by David Whitaker, emphasizes the significance of this trademark in relation to its ongoing business ventures and intellectual property portfolio.

In 2022, MEPSVI granted a license to Boston Pro, Inc., and its President Jane Mason, to use the 'Boston Pro' mark for the widely recognized Boston Pro Bodybuilding event of that year. This collaboration was in line with MEPSVI's support for promoting fitness and bodybuilding events under its registered trademark.

However, Mon Ethos Pro Support, LLC announces that it has receded the licensing agreement with Jane Mason or Boston Pro, Inc. following Jane Mason’s absence from official court proceedings.
